Travel through the Callejón de Huaylas, flanked by the Cordillera Blanca and Negra, passing scenic Andean towns like Carhuaz and Yungay. Visit the turquoise Llanganuco lagoons—Chinancocha and Orcococha—within Huascarán National Park, home to Peru’s highest peak. Continue to Cebollapampa and hike to Laguna 69 (4,600 m.a.s.l.), nestled beneath Chacraraju Mountain. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking alpine landscapes and insights from your guide before returning to Huaraz.

      • Dress code: Mid weight thermal underwear tops and bottom, hiking socks (preferably wool), Synthetic or wool hiking pants, polar jacket.
